Hello, my name is Saskia and I run FitnessBuzz, a fitness based company in Rayleigh, Essex. FitnessBuzz is aimed at inspiring you to be active and healthy.

Welcome

I have been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 18 years, and love all types of fitness based activities.

I run group exercise classes in either a live setting or online; providing a professional service to all my members.

My classes are for all abilities and age ranges, they are open to everyone with exercises tailored to suit your needs.

If you ask my members I am sure that they will say that we have the most fun whilst working hard to achieve their goals: whether that is weight loss, weight gain, improve their fitness levels, become stronger and also improve their mental and social wellbeing.

I am a trained Sports Masseuse and offer sports massage in the comfort of your own home. A great way to recover from hard training or help to heal from an injury.

I also offer Personal training: whether you want to get fit within a small group, online or 1-2-1 setting. I will work my hardest to make sure you reach your goals and tailored each personalised session to your needs.

Services

Online and live group classes £35 monthly £6 PAYG

HIIT (high Intensity interval training)

Improves oxygen consumption, helps with weight loss, it can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, your metabolic rate is higher for hours after.

Fitness pilates

To focus on the kinetic chain. Improves posture, balance and strength. A functional approach to exercise.

Fitness yoga

This is a calm, relaxing session, great for wellness, mindset, flexibility and strength. Enjoy the flow of the moves.

Weight training

Using weights or bottles of water. strength training increases bone density and reduces the risk of Osteoporosis, also amazing for weight loss.

LBT

A fun, low impact class to target the legs, bum and tum. Great for toning the wobbly bits.

Long band workout

Brilliant for all round fitness and toning every part of your body. These bands are very versatile and gets amazing results.

Short band workout

This super hardcore class will mainly work on the legs and bum with some upper body exercises. Amazing results and a perkier bum.

Full body tone

High energy class, that we dance our way fit, as an ex-dancer I will show you all the moves and groves to dance yourself fit, with fantastic toning exercises at the end of each session.

Personal training:

Having a personalised plan for what you want to achieve is the best way to get results. I will motivate you to be the best version of you.

Sports massage
£30 (40 minutes treatment)

Before I started working out, I was 7 and a half stone, skinny, no confidence, always getting ill, hated the way I looked but didn’t know what I could do to change it. I started going to the gym after a doctor told me my posture was extremely poor and could damage my back. When I entered the gym for the first time I felt so scared and intimidated, didn’t know what I was doing and after a few months I wasn’t getting anywhere.

I met Saskia for the first time and she listened to everything what I wanted to achieve. It seemed a million miles away and I was sure I could never do it but she always reassured me it was possible. She began giving me plans to workout with and told me how to focus on my diet. Before long I started noticing changes. It took some time and persistence but I began noticing more and more changes.

It’s very well going into a gym and picking up some weights for a hour or so, but unless you know what your doing what form to use, what weight to use you won’t get very far. Saskia helped me with all of this and in 4 years I have increased by weight 5 stone, become stronger than everyone in my family! And feel one hundred times more confident in myself.

Without Saskia I would have still been wasting my time in the gym, repping out pointless reps in the gym, getting no where. I would 100% recommend Saskia for any guy out there wanting to get their beast mode activated!!!

After having 3 children I had neglected looking after my body and it had changed 😫and not in a good way! I had also broken my back and developed an auto immune disease which had left me feeling exhausted, tired and sometimes in pain. Ultimately it made me feel really down about myself. I first met Saskia through my sister who wanted to get into shape before her holiday. I reluctantly came along to support her. However on meeting Saskia it was like a breath of fresh air. She is funny, gives realistic goals and expectations as a personal trainer. The workouts are adapted to you and are different each week making it fun and challenging. As I enjoyed the PT sessions so much I continued and five years later I’m still loving my PT sessions and enjoying my fitter body.

Due to my back injury I often get a tight, painful back and neck. Saskia's amazing full body massages are great. I feel human again after a massage session! They are so good I’ve recommended to friends and family and my children have had the treat several times of one Saskia's back massages.

When I first started Saskia's classes 10 years ago, I was a complete hater of exercise. I'd seen her advertising her Zumba class and, as an ex-dancer, thought I'd give it a try, dragging my sister along. I was hooked from day 1!
